Our No Hassel Return Policy

You may return your purchase within 5 days of receipt for a full refund, provided that:
  • The product is returned prepaid by you (with an RMA#) to our factory or designated depot.
  • The product must be returned in 'salable condition,' meaning it must be unused, undamaged, and free of any foreign odors, as determined by the seller.
  • The product was not sold as a "final sale," which includes all electronic parts and equipment.
Important Notes:
  • A $25.00 restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Refunds cover only the product price and taxes; shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Requests for Correctly Ordered & Shipped Products
If more than 5 days but less than 30 days have passed since delivery, you may request an exchange.
Exchange Conditions:
  • The product must be returned in 'salable condition,' meaning it must be unused, undamaged, and free of any foreign odors, as determined by the seller.
  • Refunds will include only the product price and taxes (excluding shipping costs).
  • A $25.00 restocking fee applies to all exchanges.
Exchange Process:
  1. Obtain an RMA# and return the shipment prepaid (with the RMA#) to our factory or designated depot.
  2. Call-in to place a new order in the amount of the initial purchase.

Damages from Shipping:
If your goods arrive damaged, please notify us within 5 business days to arrange a replacement shipment.
To File a Damage Claim, Provide:

Photos
  • A picture of the damaged item.
  • A picture showing the damaged item inside the box.
  • A close-up of the shipping label with the tracking number.
  • A picture of the outside of the package, showing any visible damage.
Retention of Product/Packaging: Keep all packaging and damaged goods for 8-15 business days in case an inspection is required.

Receiving Your Exchange/Refund
  • Contact Customer Service for return instructions before shipping your item.
  • RMA# is required for all returns/exchanges?returns/exchanges without an RMA# will be refused and sent back to the sender.
  • Processing credits may take up to 14 days from the date we receive your items in our warehouse.
  • Once processed, the refund will be issued directly to your credit card.
